The guest artists’ display sits alongside art by the gallery artists and friends and includes paintings, drawings, prints, photography, woodwork, ceramics, glassworks, textiles, weaving, cards and jewellery. Gallery open 10.30am to 3pm every day except Wednesday.

A guided tour by trained local historians reveals the mysteries and anecdotes of times gone by. Follow boardwalks through the beautiful native forest, re-grown since the days of the gold rush moonscape where time has brought back to life a forest of tree ferns, eucalypts and orchids, inhabited by sugar gliders, lizards and diverse bird life. A browse through the Heritage Centre highlights the intriguing stories told by the guides. Toilet facilities and drinks are available. Dogs on lead welcome.
ADMISSION TO THE SITE IS BY GUIDED TOUR ONLY. TOURS RUN THURSDAY TO SUNDAY (closed Good Friday & Christmas Day). Arrive by 1.45pm for tour start at 2pm sharp (latecomers unable to join once tour has commenced). Bookings only required for groups of 10 or more. Tour cost: $10 adults, $7.50 children, $30 family (2A/2C) - cash or card. Time: approx 1¼ hours. Length: 450m walking distance, mostly wheelchair accessible. Surface: boardwalks and compacted paths.

Targeting Australia’s iconic bream species - including black fin and yellow fin bream - this Australia-wide fishing kayak series begins in mid-February each year with Bermagui’s Wallaga Lake the venue in September 2025.

ReBoot in Bermagui is a weekend to re-activate, re-energise and relax in Bermagui’s beautiful coastal environment. Held on the NSW/ACT long weekend on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October 2025, there’s fun runs, ocean swims, social group bike ride, teams tug-o-war challenge, stand up paddle boarding. Or join in yoga, tai chi, pilates, golf, barefoot bowls, tennis, golf, badminton and more. For kids there’s a fun run, tug-o-war, netball shoot out and more.

Hosted by Bermagui Big Game Anglers Club, the 90th Blue Water Classic is a NSW Game Fishing Sanctioned Tournament. Competitors who sign up will also be chasing other fish such as shark, king fish and tuna in the waters north or south of Bermagui. There are prizes in various categories in the tag and release and capture sections. Prize categories include marlin, other game fish such as yellow fin tuna and shark, junior and lady angler categories, as well as a small fry section and a lucky angler prize. Run out of the port of Bermagui, the 37th Alliance Tag & Release Game Fishing Tournament is hosted by Bermagui Big Game Anglers Club, and is an alliance of Bermagui Big Game Anglers Club, Canberra Game Fishing Club, Latrobe Game Fishing Club and the Victorian Game Fishing Club.
