Weekly schedule for Bermagui, Cobargo and Quaama during January, February and March 2024:
Monday: Mindfulness & Movement - Quaama Hall, 1pm to 2.30pm
Tuesday: Badminton - Bermagui Indoor Sports Stadium, 2pm to 4pm (racquets supplied)
Wednesday: Table Tennis - Bermagui Indoor Sports Stadium, 6pm to 8pm
Thursday: Yoga (traditional Hatha) with Sara Bear - Quaama Hall, 9.30am to 11am
Thursday: Mindfulness & Movement - Bermagui Surf Club, 10.30am to 12pm
Thursday: Men’s Yoga (traditional Hatha) with Madhava - Cobargo School of Arts Hall, 2.20pm to 3.45pm
Thursday: Basketball (Youth) - Cobargo Basketball Courts, 3.30pm to 5.30pm, 8th Feb 8 to 21st Mar (in collaboration with PCYC)
Friday: Tai Chi with Rod - Cobargo School of Arts Hall, 10am to 11.15am
Sunday: Badminton - Bermagui Indoor Sports Stadium, 10am to 12pm (racquets supplied)
