Mikelangelo returns to the south coast for a night of rock ’n’ roll and dancing with his band the Spectres Of Love. As usual, Murrah Curries will be warming the tummies (from 6.30pm), the fire will be warming the toes, and the music (from 7.30pm) will be warming the soul!!

The New Savages @ Murrah Hall

Sunday 10th June, 2018

The New Savages are a unique blues band. The sound is the combination of Jim Morrison singing in an electrified delta blues duo from the 1930s, with a dash of country influence from Johnny Cash. They call the style of music that they play Melbourne Hill Country Blues as it’s their distinctly Melbournian take on the droning, rhythmic and hypnotic sound of the Mississippi Hill Country that their music comes from.

They’ll be finishing off their 50 date national tour with this show at Murrah Hall and after this show lead singer Milan will go on a musical pilgrimage to the American Deep South to find the true soul of the Mississippi.

Tickets  $16 online at southcoasttickets.com.au or $20 at the gate.

Music 2.30pm to 6.30pm.
