“Our aim is simply to get fresh local food onto local tables.”
Apples, figs and persimmons are the heroes where where everything is food and growing related, together with a cooking demonstration, and live foot-tapping music from resident band “Easy Street”.
Gardeners pick their produce the night before or early that morning and bring their wares to market and sell to the communal stall. Producers bake and create a dazzling range of tasty sweet and savoury goods to take home and there’s also a mini-nursery to help improve your garden.
Everything is produced by local growers whose gardens range from single beds to flourishing orchards.
The market is held just four times a year, on the fourth Saturday of every January, April, July and October from 8am – noon.
Stalls include fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cheese, meat, smoked fish, oysters, jams, pickles, olives, olive oil, home baking, cup cakes, plants, seedlings.

“Our aim is simply to get fresh local food onto local tables.”
Citrus, kale and pumpkins are the heroes where where everything is food and growing related, together with a cooking demonstration, and live foot-tapping music from resident band “Easy Street”.
Gardeners pick their produce the night before or early that morning and bring their wares to market and sell to the communal stall. Producers bake and create a dazzling range of tasty sweet and savoury goods to take home and there’s also a mini-nursery to help improve your garden.
Everything is produced by local growers whose gardens range from single beds to flourishing orchards.
The market is held just four times a year, on the fourth Saturday of every January, April, July and October from 8am – noon.
Stalls include fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cheese, meat, smoked fish, oysters, jams, pickles, olives, olive oil, home baking, cup cakes, plants, seedlings.
